Marketing Unit Manager
The Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure appropriate and timely implementation of approved marketing plans and tactics
- Perform the required tasks associated with managing the budget per product and ensure proper allocation of resources to maximize sales
- Coordinate close cooperation and development of the "common language" between marketing, sales and medical team
- Design and propose corrective actions related to product strategy
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners and vendors
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support personal and professional development and superior performance of all direct reports
- University degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration or Marketing
- MBA or Masters degree in Marketing, Management or a related field would be a plus
- At least 6 years working experience within pharmaceutical industry in Sales and Marketing and minimum 2 years in a people management role
- Capability to understand and develop long term business vision
- Excellent leadership qualities, including motivating others and influencing the strategic direction of an organization
- Talented in inspiring others to share own vision and support them to reach common goals
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships (networking) with excellent team building spirit
- Fluency in English and IT literacy
